We process personal data to:
- respond to inquiries and conduct business communications;

We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling.
5. Legal Basis for Processing
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent (newsletter subscriptions and any non-essential cookies); performance of a contract (quotations, orders, delivery); compliance with legal obligations (tax and export-control record keeping); and legitimate interests (B2B business communications, website security and fraud prevention).
Where processing occurs within the People’s Republic of China, the corresponding bases under the Personal Information Protection Law apply.
6. Cookies, Analytics and Third-Party Tools
This website uses only strictly necessary local storage: your language preference is stored in your browser’s local storage. No analytics, advertising or social-media cookies are used.
You may clear this preference at any time through your browser settings; the site will then fall back to automatic language detection.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
8. International Data Transfers
Our main service providers are located in the People’s Republic of China. Personal data submitted by users outside China may therefore be transferred to and stored in China.
Where required by applicable law, such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses and, for data subject to the PIPL, the cross-border transfer mechanisms provided by that law. You may request a copy of the safeguards applicable to your data by writing to international@airsat.com.cn.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal data as follows, or where no fixed period applies, for no longer than necessary for the purposes stated in this policy:
- inquiries and non-contracted business leads: up to 24 months;
- contracts, orders and financial records: up to 10 years after termination, as required by tax and export-control rules;
- server logs: up to 6 months;
- language preference: until you clear it in your browser.
At the end of the retention period data is deleted or anonymised. Retention may be extended where required by law or for pending disputes.
10. How We Protect Your Data
We apply technical and organisational measures including: TLS/HTTPS encryption for all data in transit; access on a need-to-know basis with regular review; logging of administrative operations; backups and disaster recovery; security assessment of key suppliers; confidentiality obligations and training for staff; and an incident-response process.
No method of transmission or storage is absolutely secure; we cannot guarantee complete security, but we review and improve our measures on an ongoing basis.
11. Your Rights
Where applicable law grants you the following rights, you may exercise them by writing to international@airsat.com.cn: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, data portability, and withdrawal of consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (for example an EU data protection authority, the UK ICO, or, in China, the competent cyberspace administration).
California residents additionally have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, without discrimination.
We verify your identity before acting on a request and respond within 30 days, extended where permitted by law for complex requests.
